Delete your account
You can delete your Tessa account and the data linked to it at any time. You don’t need to sign in.
In the game (fastest)
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm.
Your data is deleted from our server right away, and your progress on this phone is reset.
Without the app
Email [email protected] with the subject Delete my data. Include one of these:
- your Player ID (in Tessa: Settings, at the very bottom), or
- the email address you used for “Save your progress”.
We delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.
What we delete
- Your Player ID and sign-in details
- Your progress backup and settings
- Your feedback messages
What we don’t hold, or can’t link to you
- Usage statistics and crash reports don’t contain your name or email. They expire on their own, after 2 months and 90 days.
- Ads data is held by Google. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone’s settings (Settings › Google › Ads).
- Android backup is stored in your own Google account, not with us. You manage it in your phone’s settings.
