Tessa Sudoku (“Tessa”) is made by Dotwyn, a small studio run by Nenad Urosevic in Serbia. By using Tessa, you agree to these terms.

Using Tessa. You may download and play Tessa for your own, non-commercial use. Please don’t copy, resell or modify the game, or try to break or cheat its systems.
Free with ads. Tessa is free and shows ads. Hints you get by watching a video have no money value and can’t be exchanged.
Your progress. We do our best to keep your progress safe, but we can’t promise it will never be lost. Using “Save your progress” makes it safer.
Feedback. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve Tessa without paying you.
No guarantees. Tessa is provided “as is”. We don’t promise it will always work without errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using the game. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law.
Changes and ending. We may update Tessa or these terms. If we change the terms in an important way, we tell you in the game. You can stop using Tessa at any time and delete your account.
Law. These terms are governed by the law of Serbia, without taking away consumer protections of the country where you live.
